- The USPFO for CA intends to award a single firm-fixed-price contract for �Cold Weather Gear� . The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 315210. The small business size standard is 750 employees. This action is being procured as a SBA-CERTIFIED WOMEN-WOMAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (WOSB) SET-ASIDE. Quotes are due September 10th at 10;00am PST.
