- This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial services in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ); the number is 36C10B25Q0448. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Acquisition Operations, Technology Acquisition Center (TAC), located at 23 Christopher Way, Eatontown, NJ 07724 intends to award a firm-fixed price (FFP) contract. The subject Request for Quote is in support of the Department of Veterans Affairs Office for Sterile Processing (OSP) and Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) requires brand name oneSOURCE or equal services of a contractor to provide a comprehensive electronic database of manufacturer s instructions for the cleaning/reprocessing, sterilization/disinfection/preventive maintenance of Medical/Surgical instrumentation and Equipment, as well as Instructions for Use (IFU s) for Dental, Tissue/Implants Biomedical Equipment Preventive Maintenance Service Manuals, Consumables, Non-Medical Equipment and Medical Safety Data Sheets (MSDS). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 518210, Computing Infrastructure Providers, Data Processing, Web Hosting, and Related Service, with a size standard of $40.0 million.
