This one-time buy pursuant to the award of a high-priority requisitions will be solicited via sam.gov and set aside for small businesses, NAICS Code 333415. Specifications: *BRAND NAME OR EQUAL ONLY* See Salient Characteristics (Attachment A) MFR: (All parts listed here are manufactured by Thermal Zone to meet the salient characteristics): PN: RGEDZT120ACG222AAA0 Desc: Thermal Zone RTU G/E 10 Ton 208-230V 3PH Qty: 1 PN: FRNR60 Desc: Fuse 60 Amp 250V Class RK5 Qty: 3 PN: RGEDZT120 COATING Desc: Coil Coating w/ Clear Finish Qty: 1 PN: 7714 Desc: 60 Amp Fused 240V 3PH 83337 Qty: 1 Additionally, if proposing a �brand name or equal� part, the �or equal� part must match the current ductwork. *Contractor shall have a current and active account in SAM.gov *Contractor must acknowledge, mark the order as shipped, and provide tracking information through the vendor portal or EDI. Technical specifications include that items must be Trade Act Agreement (TAA) compliant and brand name or equal to the requested part number/s. Vendors must adhere to Mil-Std-129R Marking And Shipping Label Requirements if applicable, eDelivery orders and orders with no physical product being shipped may not be applicable. The award will be made using the evaluation criteria of the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) with FOB Destination pricing. Vendor must be compliant with the delivery schedule.
