Interested companies shall conform to the general and specific quote preparation instructions in the Request for Quotation. Site Visit is scheduled for August 07, 2025 @ 1400 CET at Main Gate, Ghedi AB, Italy . No more than two vendors are allowed to attend the site visit per company and please notify by email the names of the attendees and their cellular phone numbers by August 6, 2025 @1200 CET at the following email addresses: cristina.moro.1.it@us.af.mil and adam.bernas@us.af.mil Moreover, please specify in your email if the persons requiring access to Ghedi installation already have access to the base from 01 January 2025.
