AMENDMENT 001 Updated solicitation clauses, these are highlighted. See the amendment: Sol_12445025Q0027v2 _________________________________________________________________ This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation will result in a Labor-Hours contract to a single offeror determinate to be acceptable and responsible. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03. This procurement is set aside for 100% small business. The NAICS code is 541430 and the Small Business Size Standard is 9M. Please ensure you have or have added this NAICS in System for Award Management (SAM).
