Description

Harry S. Truman Lake Project Sac River Access Road Rehabilitation The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Harry S Truman Dam & Reservoir, has a need for roadway and parking lot rehabilitation of public use areas. Contractor must include in their pricing all plant, labor, equipment, and all materials (not listed as Government Furnished) necessary for a complete installation. Project is broken into a Base CLIN and four Optional CLINs. Optional CLINs may or may not be exercised as part of the Contract. The standard workday is 7:00am to 4:30pm Monday thru Friday, excluding Federal holidays. Work hours may be adjusted with approval of the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) or Operations Project Manager. Work will not be allowed on weekends unless approved in advance by the COR. In accordance with FAR Part 36.204, the estimated magnitude of this project, including all option contract line items (CLINs), is between $100,000 and $250,000. This procurement will be conducted using 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237310 �Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction�. The estimated period of performance for completion of the awarded contract is 270 days from the Notice to Proceed (NTP). There will be a site visit planned for this solicitation. Quotes from contractors without an active SAM registration will NOT be considered for award. If the quoter is a Joint Venture (JV), the JV entity must have a valid SAM registration in the SAM database representing the JV as one business/firm/entity. SAM.gov registration is free of charge. Utilizing SAM.gov will normally be the only method of distributing amendments, updates, questions and answers prior to closing; therefore, it is the quoter�s responsibility to check the website (SAM) periodically for any amendments to the solicitation.
