Notice of Intent to Sole Source HT941025N0151 THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE SERVICE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA), Western Healthcare Operations Contracting Division (WHOCD), intends to award a firm fixed price service purchase to CDW-G for Mike O�Callaghan Military Medical Center (MOMMC) 99th Med Group, Nellis Air Force Base (AFB), Nevada in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.901(a) Sole Source acquisitions and FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), only one source being available to meet the Government�s needs, to: CDW-G LLC 230 N. MILWAUKEE AVE, VERNON HILLS, IL 60061 UEI: PHZDZ8SJ5CM1 CAGE: 1KH72 The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541519� Other Computer Related Services. The Product Service Code (PSC) is DK10 � IT And Telecom�Storage As A Service. The requirement is to obtain license renewal for TigerConnect TigerText TigerFlow software license to provide a turn-key FedRAMP approved, cloud based service that provides a secure and HIPPA approved texting solution for support up to 900 users at MOMMC, Nellis AFB, NV with the option to add additional users as required. Location: MOMMC, Nellis AFB, NV Period of Performance: 30 September 2025 � 29 September 2026 Based on market research, it has been determined that CDW-G is the only vendor that can supply the TigerConnect, FedRAMP and HIPPA compliant software license. Item ID # Description TTFLOW1Y TigerConnect, TigetText, TigerFlow License CDW-G is the only source that can provide license renewal for TigerConnect TigerText TigerFlow software license to provide a turn-key FedRAMP approved, cloud based service that provides a secure and HIPPA approved texting solution for support up to 900 users at MOMMC, Nellis AFB, NV with the option to add additional users as required. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, and no solicitation document exists for this requirement. Sources interested in responding to this notice are required to submit a capability statement that includes management and technical data and cost information, in sufficient detail and with convincing evidence that clearly demonstrates the capability to provide the above requirement for Mike O�Callaghan Medical Center, Nellis AFB, NV. Capability statements shall not exceed six (8.5 x 11 inch) pages using a font size no smaller than 10-point. All capability statements received by the due date of this notice will be considered by the Government. A request for documentation or additional information or submissions that only ask questions will not be considered as an affirmative response. A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement or to proceed with a sole source purchase order.
