- 8/14/2025 - Amendment 002 - The purpose of this amendment is to update Attachment 01 - Performance Work Statement CFSL Janitorial (add square footage information). All previous versions of this document is obsolete and have been removed from this posting. No other changes have been made. As a result of this amendment, the responses due date HAS NOT changed and remains 8/18/2025 at 3:00pm PT. 8/14/2025 - Amendment 001 - The purpose of this amendment is to update Attachment 01 - Performance Work Statement CFSL Janitorial (add security requirement information) and Attachment 02 - Inspection Checklist CFSL Janitorial (add item 14 under ""Restrooms""). All previous versions of these documents are obsolete and have been removed from this posting. No other changes have been made. As a result of this amendment, the responses due date HAS NOT changed and remains 8/18/2025 at 3:00pm PT. The United States Forest Service, Pacific Northwest Research Station (PNW) Corvallis Forestry Sciences Laboratory (CFSL) is currently seeking quotes for Janitorial Services to occur at the Corvallis Forestry Sciences Laboratory (CFSL) located in Corvallis, OR. The work is to be performed in accordance with Attachment 01 - CFSL Performance Work Statement Janitorial Services. Attached are the following documents: 1. Solicitation 1240BG24Q0035 2. Attachment 01 � CFSL Performance Work Statement Janitorial Services 3. Attachment 02 � CFSL Janitorial Inspection Checklist 4. Attachment 03 � CFSL Building Map 5. Attachment 04 - Wage Determination Quotes are due no later than August 18, 2025 at 3:00pm Pacific Time. All questions must be submitted in writing no later than August 12, 2025 at 1:00pm Pacific Time to the Government point of contact listed in this posting. ***SITE VISIT INFORMATION*** A site visit is scheduled for August 7, 2025 at 1000 PT. Participants must RSVP to David Oldenburg via email at david.oldenburg@usda.gov no later than August 6, 2025 at 1400 PT
