PROJECT TITLE: Bid Build (BB) Construct New Bed Tower Connector, Project No. 673-21-145 CONTRACT TYPE: Bid Build (BB), Firm Fixed Price PROJECT SUMMARY: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, and materials necessary for the following work: Bid-Build project to demolish existing ICU and construct a new hallway to connect surgery with new bed tower. Project is located at the James A Haley Veteran s Hospital, 13000 Bruce B. Downs Boulevard, Tampa, FL 33612. Period of performance is 390 days from Notice to Proceed.
