Destination Information: DODAAC : SW3210 DLA Distribution Depot Hill 7537 Wardleigh RD Hill AFB, UT 84056-5734 Delivery Schedule: 123 Days First Article Tests (FAT): Yes, two units required for Governmental Testing. Two units will be included in overall award quantity. This is an Total Small business Set-Aside solicitation (Full and Open Competition after exclusion of sources) and will be solicited per FAR part 15; DAG 5.207(d)(2)(iv). While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, and past performance as described in the solicitation. FOB and Inspection/Acceptance points as required per the solicitation. The solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp on or about 09/24/2025; This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract for only approved sources under the authority of 10USC2304(c)(1). Based on market research this item is manufactured for military use only and is not commercial; therefore, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12 in its solicitation for this item. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government�s requirement with a commercial item with 15 days of this notice. Export includes disclosure of technical data to foreign persons and nationals whether located in the United States or abroad. This requirement applies equally to foreign national employees and U.S. companies and their foreign subsidiaries. DFARS 252.225-7048 is applicable to this data. The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) limits distribution of export-control technical data to DLA contractors that have an approved US/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP) certification, have completed the Introduction to Proper Handling of DOD Export-Controlled Technical Data Training and the DLA Export-Controlled Technical Data Questionnaire (both are available at the web address given below), and have been approved by the DLA controlling authority to access the export-controlled data.
