Sources Sought for contractors who can provide the following items - BOM Contents - Quantity Description Part Number 1 Teal 2 1 Teal Drones CCW Propellers for Teal 2 Drone, 20-Pack - SP-PROPCCW-20PK-50243 1 Teal Drones CW Propellers for Teal 2 Drone, 20-Pack - SP-PROPCW-20PK-50242 SOW Contents MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Small Unmanned Aerial Systems (sUAS) for Flight Test Use Background & Scope: AFRL/RQ requires small Unmanned Aerial Systems (sUAS) assets to provide realistic scenarios for the development of advanced UAS technologies. Currently, AFRL/RQ does not have any common assets to support this function at the AFRL test site at the WrightPatterson AFB, OH Requirements/Salient Characteristics: Per DoD mandate, sUAS used by the DoD and DAF must be purchased from approved vendors and meet specific manufacturing and cybersecurity requirements. The DoD has established the Defense Innovation Unit (DIU) to identify sUAS vendors and systems that meet these Statute requirements and provides a list of approved systems at the following website - https://www.diu.mil/blue-uas-cleared-list. System selected should be ones that are currently used by other DAF units to enable common flight procedures and easy approval. AFRL/RQ requires a total of one (1) systems to provide test site research and development efforts. Light weight (under 3 pounds) and AC Replacement batteries and 1 charger Transport kit and field repair kit Sensor System: Dual axis EO/IR Gimbal with Hadron 640R EO Video Recording at 15fps with recording at 640x512 at30HZ Removable microSD card Flight speed of 10 m/s (23mph) Flight time on single battery charge: 30 minutes Max flight ceiling 10,000 ft Withstand winds of 18 to 25mph gusts Range from GCS 5 km Extra batteries and charger 20 Additional propellors that include guard protection 20 Additional propellers that include silver rivets and lock in place DIU approval paperwork and appropriate FCC licenses.
