- Marine Corps Installations � National Capital Region (MCI-NCR) has a commercial requirement for 150 hotel rooms, 75 King Bed rooms and 75 Double Bed rooms, for the 2025 Navy-Marine Week Philadelphia Events. THIS IS NOT FOR COORDINATION SERVICES The required Period of Performance is as follows: Contract Coverage Period: 29 September 2025 � 17 October 2025 Hotel Accommodations Duration of Stay: 8 October 2025 � 17 October 2025: 150 rooms *At minimum: 75 singles with a King Bed and 75 Doubles* Please see the attached Amended RFQ, M00264-25-Q-0217-0001, for further details and instructions to quoters.
