9/16/2025 Solicitation Amendment 0001- This solicitation has been amended. Please reference SOl_12445225R0045_Amd_0001 in the attachment list for specifics. The amendment corrects the solicitation close date on page 3 of the solicitation. The solicitation close date is October 20, 2025. Solicitation 12445225R0045 Project: Savannah River Site Facility Construction, Mintenance & Repair Idefinite Delivery Indeifinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract Scope: The scope of work for this contract includes a broad range of Facility Construction, Maintenance, & Repair projects. Contractor must furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, transportation, and incidentals to perform work in accordance with all terms, specifications, conditions, and provisions of this solicitation, resultant contract and associated Task Order statements of work (SOWs). Construction-trade projects may include but are not limited to; new construction or renovation work on buildings, restrooms, pavilions, docks/piers, and administrative buildings on Savannah River Site. Contract Type: Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Construction Competition: Total Small Business Set Aside: NAICS: 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction RFI Questions are due by October 10, 2025.
