The Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility, Chinle Wellness Center needs a contractor to deliver audio equipment and supplies that meet the attached Specifications. ** Refer to attached Combined Synopsis-Solicitation IHS1505966 ** The solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses that are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03, effective January 17, 2025.
