Description

Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) is seeking possible sources for the acquisition of services to CALIBRATE POSI 3 USB equipment for Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA). PBA Chemical Biological Mobile and Powered Systems Division (CBM) has a requirement for services to calibrate eight (8) Posi3 USB equipment below: POSI 3 USB Manufacturer: 3M / Scott Safety MODEL: 35-56-52 Software: SCOTT SPECIFIC POSI 3 USB, VERSION 4.1.0.141S OR LATER Serial numbers: U08459, U08455, U08451, U08289, U08308, U08396, U08444, U08443 (8 items) Delivery Location shall be FOB Destination to Pine Bluff Arsenal, Pine Bluff, Arkansas 71602. The applicable NAICS code is 541380. Interested sources shall provide the following: 1. A Capabilities statement for providing Calibration Services for eight 3M / Scott Safety POSI3 USB Systems 2. Organization Name (if organization has experienced name changes, please list previous names used) 3. Address 4. Primary point of contact and phone number 5. Company Cage code 6. Business Classification / Socio-Economic Status (e.g., large, small, 8(a), women owned, hub-zone, SDB, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned) for NAICS Code: 541380 7.
