- This letter Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued for the purpose of acquiring a quantity of 229 each of NOUN: Control Unit, APU, National Stock Number (NSN): 2995-01-496-3686, Part Number: 4956013. In reply, please reference Solicitation Number SPRRA1-25-R-0061. The Government requests AAR best pricing and delivery terms for the listed NSN based on a one time buy quantity of 229 each with delivery to Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. The acquisition specialist and point of contact for this solicitation would like to draw your attention to some of the requirements of this solicitation along with information that will be detailed in the attachments: �First Article Test Waiver Worksheet (FAT) �Packaging requirements (Attached) �Reusable Container(s) shall be Contractor Furnished Material (CFM) �Serial Number Requirement Reporting (SNRR) �The Army Maintenance Management System-Aviation (TAMMS-A) �Systems Readiness Directorate (SRD) engineering and AMRDEC Mandated Clauses(Attached) �Item Unique Identification (IUID) required in accordance with FAR 252.211-7003(c)(1)(i) The price and delivery proposed may be negotiated upon closing of this solicitation. For non-commercial items exceeding the $2,000,000 threshold, Certified Cost and Pricing Data must be submitted. The proposal submission must include a simulated delivery schedule in Microsoft Project or Excel and based upon actual lead time/days after contract award until first delivery and subsequent manufacturing capacity. Any prior and official waivers or exceptions granted by the government and applicable to this NSN and solicitation that is cited in your response, must be included with the response. The proposal cover letter must state that all the terms, conditions, and requirements of this RFP were read, fully understood, and totally accounted for by the AAR; (Cage: 1Y249) in its original response to this RFP. This correspondence constitutes a letter solicitation to award NSN 2995-01-496-3686, against AAR SPRRA1-22-D-0036. All terms and conditions of your proposal must be in accordance with those of SPRRA1-22-D-0036 and will apply to any resultant award of this solicitation. This requirement has been advertised as a Contract Opportunity on the SAM.gov website for viewing by the general public. If another supplier indicates interest in responding to the requirement as a result of viewing the synopsis, a formal solicitation will be issued to accommodate that supplier. An expedient reply is requested. However, the closing date for the referenced solicitation is no later than the close of business on 3 November 2025. Please submit your proposal in writing for the NSN stated above. If more time is required, please also inform us in writing.
