- The Government is currently in a period of lapsed appropiations. The Government�s obligation to make payment under this contract is contingent upon the enactment of a Continuing Resolution or Appropriations Act providing sufficient funds. Payment will be delayed until either of these enactments. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented withadditional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a writtensolicitation will not be issued. This procurement is a Small Business set-aside under NAICS code 485510. An Offeror�ssubmission of a quote does not constitute a contract or authorize work to begin. This document is not legally binding and does not commit the USGovernment in any way. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in eff ect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-06 and DefenseFederal Acquisition Regulations Supplement Publication Notice (DPN) 20231030.
