- The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, NCO 9 Network Contracting Office, on behalf of the VA Medical Center Memphis, is issuing this pre-solicitation notice to support the requirement for a firm-fixed priced service contract for routine and emergency maintenance to be performed on the nine (9) Uninterrupted Power Supply Units (UPS) and Battery System requesting a vendor to perform unlimited on-site repairs, including travel, labor maintenance, inspection and replacement to include Battery testing and reports The VA is contemplating a base year with 4 option year. Services will begin on October 1, 2020. The anticipated contract type will be a firm fixed-price. The solicitation will be posted to FedBizOpp website on or about July 15, 2020. This date is subject to change. Site Visit coordination can be arranged by contacting the Contracting Officer Representative (COR), Jerome Braggs at 901 523-8990 All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management database (www.SAM.gov) when proposals are received and for the awardee at time of award to be eligible for award of a contract. All contractors must have an active Vendor Information Pages account (https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/) reflecting they are currently registered as an SDVOSB.
