Description: The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service hereby submits a Notice of Intent to award a sole source, firm-fixed-price contract to the Santa Fe Indian School to provide comprehensive mental health services/counseling for students (grades 7-9) in the Santa Fe Indian School, Model Dormitory Program. Period of Performance is for a base year of 12-months, and four 12-month option periods. The estimated total value of this requirement is below the simplified acquisition threshold of $350,000.00. The sole source contracting action is pursuing a waiver from placing an order on a competitive basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supply service will satisfy agency requirements and is based on market research.
