Description

Notice of Sole Source Award/Justification Post IAW FAR 13.501(a)(1)(iii) The 2nd Contracting Squadron, Barksdale AFB, hereby submits an official notice of sole source award. The Government has awarded a firm-fixed priced contract to SPX Aids to Navigation, LLC using Simplified Acquisition Procedures as authorized by FAR 13.501(a)(1)(iii). Contracting Office Address: Department of the Air Force, Air Force Global Strike Command, 2d Contracting Squadron, 801 Kenney Avenue, Building 4400, Suite 2300, Barksdale Air Force Base, Louisiana, 71110, United States. Description/Purpose: This contract is for the purchase and delivery of an Precision Approach Path Indicator (PAPI) emergency lighting system on behalf of the 2nd Operations Support Squadron located at Barksdale Air Force Base. CLIN 0001 - 12001009/ PAPI, LHA, S3, P1, HL, IR, TS, DC, DT (4 Each) CLIN 0002 - 12000461/ BBA, 24VDC, 100AH, PLC, Port PAPI (1 Each) CLIN 0003 - 12001064/ Port SLR Module Assy. 300W 24VDC. DT (2 Each) In accordance with FAR 13.501(a)(1)(iii), the government shall: �Make publicly available the justifications (excluding brand name) required by 6.305(a) within 14 days after contract award�.
