Description: Many of the buildings at the Walla Walla VA exceed 50 years old and many systems are beyond their useful lives. This project repairs exterior features including roofs, siding, foundations, windows and other appurtenances. The scope of work for this construction project includes the following for 25 buildings: Repair of exterior features. Mechanical and electrical work required to repair exterior features. Architectural work as required to repair exterior features. Structural and foundation modifications as required to support new exterior repairs.
