- The Bay Pines VAMC, 10000 Bay Pines Blvd, Bay Pines, FL 33744, has a requirement for a Base plus (2) Option Years for Medrad Preventive Maintenance (DirectCARE Basic). The Bay Pines VA Healthcare System (BPVAHCS) requires a services contract to provide corrective and planned maintenance on one (1) Medrad Intego PET Infusion System, and two (2) Medrad MRXperion MR Injection Systems. All vendors must be properly registered in the System Award Management database (SAM). Price quotes shall include the Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) Number, Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert and DSBS) if applicable, Small Business Status, an authorized distributor letter on the manufacturer s letterhead if applicable, a copy of a price list or any other supporting information for the price submitted. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811210 (Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance) with a small business size standard of $34 Million Dollars.
