Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery and redelivery is the Western Pacific / Sea of Japan, Range and Port in Charterer�s Option (Intentions DFSP Hakozaki, Japan). The laydays will commence 08 December and cancel 09 December 2025, and the period of performance will be about 60 days. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as �Unrestricted� is based on the Contracting Officer�s knowledge of the market and applicable market research. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. MSC Deputy Associate Director of Small Business Programs has concurred with this decision.
