The contractor shall purchase the equipment and complete full install. The chosen contractor shall provide complete construction services for labor, materials, equipment, and superintendent supervision required to complete the �Repair Transformer T5 Access Hatch� project for the Cincinnati VAMC, Cincinnati Campus.
