- The government seeks a contractor to provide qualified and certified sports officials(referees, umpires, scorekeepers, timers, linesmen) for youth and intramural sports leagues at Spangdahlem Air Base. Officials will enforce rules, manage game flow, maintain accurate records, and ensure player safety during scheduled games. Services are event-driven, with schedules provided 1�2 weeks in advance, requiring flexibility to adapt to changes. This is a recompete of an existing contract, and critical performance includes 100% game coverage, timely arrival, professional conduct, and adherence to local by-laws.
