Description

PLEASE SEE CHANGE BELOW IN BOLD CHANGE: ALL QUESTIONS RELATED TO THIS SOLICITATION MUST BE RECEIVED BY JANUARY 14, 2026. QUESTIONS RECEIVED AFTER THIS DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ANSWERED. Trash Removal Services are needed at the Fort Hamilton Commissary, NY. The Period of Performance will be for a base period starting March 1, 2026 through February 28, 2027 and will include four one-year options that may extend performance through February 28 2031. This acquisition is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. This solicitation has 2 Attachments: 1) The Solicitation document 2) the Past Performance Survey to be sent by three of the contractor�s current business references. Contractors must be actively registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) system under the specified NAICS code 562111 - Solid Waste Collection. SAM information and Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA) must be completed at https://www.acquisition.gov/ under the Acquisition Systems tab at the bottom of the page. The solicitation document and any amendments will be available at www.sam.gov/ under HQC005, DEFENSE COMMISSARY AGENCY, HDEC05-26-R-E-001 Potential quoters must use this website to obtain a copy of this solicitation.
