Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery is the Western Pacific / Sea of Japan, Range and Port in Charterer�s Option (Intentions GS CALTEX (Yeosu, South Korea)); and the place/range of redelivery is the Western Pacific / Sea of Japan, Range and Port in Charterer�s Option (Intentions Hakozaki, Japan). The laydays commence 12 February and cancel 13 February 2026, and the period of performance will be about 75 days. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as �Unrestricted� is based on the Contracting Officer�s knowledge of the market and applicable market research. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The Director of Small Business Programs has concurred with this decision.
