- Description
- The McAlester Ammunition Plant (MCAAP) seeks to procure materials for the Sierra Army Depot (SIAD) railroad modernization. All materials shall meet the specifications outlined in the Statement of ork (SOW) and AREMA specifications. See attached SF1449 for exact requirements. FOB Destination. Note: Every item listed shall be accounted for in the offeror's proposal for it to be considered for award. BID SUBMISSION ONLY VIA EMAIL: carrie.a.kammer-buchanan.civ@army.mil. Any changes to the solicitation shall also be posted to this website and it is the contractors responsibility to check site daily for any posted changes. All contractors who provide goods/services to the DoD must have a current active registration at Systems for Award (SAM)- https://www.sam.gov.
