- This is a Request for Quote for special mode transportation services for beneficiaries of VA Northern California Health Care System. The solicitation is set-aside to Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB).� The Government will review� https://search.certifications.sba.gov/� to confirm the company's SDVOSB status for the specified NAICS code.� � The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) is� 485999, size standard size $19M. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.SAM.gov to be eligible for award. Ensure the SAM s purpose of registration reflects ALL AWARDS . IMPORTANT: Please carefully read the Addendum to RFO 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items and RFO 52.212-2 Evaluation to ensure quotes submitted are complete and conforming to the solicitation's requirements. It is the vendor s responsibility to check SAM.gov for any amendments to the solicitation Vendors shall complete, sign, and submit VAAR 852.219-75. Failure to do so will result in non-consideration for award.
