N6833526Q1099 ASTM Complete Book of Standards Collection NAICS: 519290 PSC: DH10 The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to issue a solicitation on a sole-source basis to American Society For Testing And Materials (CAGE 81346) in Conshohocken, PA, for the procurement of ASTM International online subscription of unlimited legal downloads and printing of ASTM Complete Book of Standards Collection documents in PDF or HTML format. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.103-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses must be received within fifteen (15) days of publication of this notice.
