- Amendment 0001: See attached Questions and Answers, Revised SOW, and SF30 with revised Solicitation and Provisions. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), is soliciting proposals in response to request for proposal (RFP) 70B03C26R00000031 for Non-Intrusive Inspection (NII) Mobile X-Ray Inspection Vehicles. The Government intends to make a single award resulting from this solicitation. The anticipated Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract will be issued with a five (5) year ordering period. All items are defined in the statement of work (SOW), which is included as Attachment 1 � Statement of Work � 70B03C26R00000031. RFP 70B03C26R00000031, is Full and Open with no set-asides. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334517 (Irradiation Apparatus Manufacturing). All interested parties must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award.
