Department of the Treasury Market Research Purposes Only 1. Notice Type THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP), REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS (RFQ), OR INVITATION FOR BIDS (IFB). NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. This notice is issued in accordance with FAR Part 10 for market research and acquisition planning purposes only. The Government does not intend to award a contract based on responses to this notice. 2. Requirement Description Department of the Treasury is conducting market research to identify capable enterprise Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) web-based learning solution (content + platform + services). Responses will inform acquisition strategy, small business set-aside determination, and potential statement of work refinements. Sources Sought Notice (SoS) is attached. (review document in its entirety before submission) The Government seeks vendors capable of providing enterprise COTS web based learning solution. 3. Information Requested From Industry Interested vendors shall submit a capability, technical, support, pricing approach, and other capabilities/constraints statements.
