Kardex Remstar, LLC owns the proprietary software application and they are the only known company that can fulfill the requirements needs. There are no resellers of this software application. A Justification for Sole Source cannot be attached due to a large portion of the information relates to sensitivity of national security information and it cannot be disclosed.
