- Project Title: B1130 Roof Replacement Project Location: Shaw AFBThis is a construction requirement for the design, demolition, and replacement of the roof for the AFCENT Headquarters building 1130 in accordance with the attached Statement of Work dated 28 February 2026. Period of Performance: 293 Calendar Days after Notice to Proceed issuance. Competition: This requirement is a 100% Small Business Concern Set Aside for North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 238160. The Magnitude of this requirement in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204(F) is valued between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. ***A site visit is scheduled on 30 April 2026 / 10:00 A.M. (local) EST. Site visit location is at Building 1130, at 524 Shaw Dr, Sumter, SC 29154. SITE VISIT ATTENDANCE FOR PRIME CONTRACTORS COMPETING FOR AWARD IS MANDATORY! Please refer to attachments 13 through 15 to ensure to adhere to all requirements necessary to obtain a pass to access the installation. Escorts will NOT be provided. *** ***All questions for this solicitation will be due no later than 7 May 2026 / 11:00 A.M. (local) EST.
