- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT REQUEST ONLY This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. The Government will not pay for any information solicited. The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6, on behalf of the Salem VA Medical Center, located in Salem, Virginia is conducting market research to determine whether to set-aside an acquisition for Hospital Consumables and accessories: Blood Pressure Cuff for Salem VA Medical Center (VAMC) for Base plus 4 Option Years. The Department of Veteran Affairs, Salem VAMC seeks a contractor for the delivery of the Hospital Consumables and accessories: Blood Pressure Cuff. The contractor shall provide items which include all requested equipment, and delivery for equipment use by the Pharmacy Department.
