Such discussions would only be intended to get further clarification of potential capability to meet the requirements, especially any development and certification risks. SCOPE OF WORK: The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Strategic Materials Directorate is seeking information for the potential acquisition of 750,000 LBS. of Boron Carbide for addition into the National Defense Stockpile.
