- This is an official solicitation, FA520526R0005, for Construction Projects Escorts at Misawa AB, Japan. See attachments for additonal information. Misawa AB, Japan is in need of Construction Escorts who are U.S. Citizens and hold a TIER 1 Investigation Clearance to monitor local nationals working on upcming construction projects. This need is expected to begin June 2026 and projected to extend through FY31. This will be a firm-fixed price IDIQ, base plus four (4) option year contract. The proposed pricing shall be fully burdened. This requirement is subject to the requirements of CIAR. This is a solicitaiton and proposals are currently being requested.
