Description

Installation of Electrical Upgrades in Fort Riley BLDG 722, one 300 Amp Panel, 13 Electrical Outlets, 13 Cord Reels. Service and installation to be performed in BLDG 722, 722 Ray Road, Fort Riley Kansas. See Diagram in PWS, section 4 for further details. In order to be considered for award, Offerors must fill out and sign both the 'Solicitation - W911RX26QA024' Document and the 'Attachment 01 Salient Characteristics Sheet' Document. Offerors who fail to do so shall not be considered for award. Prospective Offerors must email these documents, and any other documents relevant to the Offeror's quote, to the below listed Point Of Contact. March 26, 2026: added aditional Documents; 'Contractor Questions and Answers W911RX26QA024 March 26 2026' and 'BLDG 722 Drawings'. Please see in the attachments/links section. March 27, 2026: This amendment adds additional detail to the Solicitation document and the PWS. The Offers Due Date has been extended to April 06, 2026. Documents 'Elec Install Site Visit' and 'Elec Install Site Pictures' have been added to the solicitation. A site visit is now planned for March 31, 2026. See Document 'Elec Install Site Visit' for additional details. March 30, 2026: This solicitation is a Request for Quote, being solicited under FAR Part 13. Base Solicitation documented re-uploaded to Attachments/links section. Fixed Typo in document 'Elec. Install Site Visit.'
