- DoDEA requires 100% digital teacher resources, formative assessments, and related professional learning aligned with the national standards. Teacher resources shall include strategies that promote rigorous instruction, address potential challenges, and differentiate instruction. The formative assessments shall provide data on which to tailor instruction. The professional learning shall increase teacher knowledge which is expected to improve instruction, which, in turn, is expected to improve student learning/achievement. **Questions or concerns regarding this requirement may be submitted to the POC via e-mail no later than Friday, April 3, 2026, at 12:00PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) with the subject line, ""Questions To Solicitation Number HE125426QE027"".
