- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Non-Personal Service to provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision and other items for services necessary for Grounds Maintenance Services for the 63rd Region 4 for three (3) locations throughout Arizona; in accordance with the Performance Work Statement and terms and conditions of the solicitation and resultant contract.
