The Contractor for this project shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, and equipment required to perform the upgrade of outdated� lightning protection to include re-establishment of Underwriters Laboratory ratings through improved grounding as required in the specifications and drawings for each building on campus at the Iowa City VA Health Care System.
