Description

�Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.� This requirement is for the purchase of 100 Low Lead AVGAS for FY26 Legacy of Liberty Airshow at Holloman AFB, NM. This requirement includes all support operations. Please see attached Statement of Work for full scope of work entailed. Please ensure to review and supply all required documentation for a successful offer, located on page 29 of attached SF1449. This documentation may include, but is not limited to: Capability Statement Certificate of Quality Delivery Plan Safety and Environmental Plan Price Proposal Total, all inclusive price, as well as a price breakdown Past Performance Documentation References Note: Recent security updates have caused issues accessing some documents.
