- Special Notice Subject: Administrative Actions Regarding SETI Contracts HC104726D0002 and HC104719D2041 Notice Type: Special Notice Date: 31 Mar 2026 1. Purpose This Special Notice is to inform the industry that the award of HC104726D0002 is purely an administrative action that is being taken due to contract writing system and reporting system issues that need to be corrected prior to DISA�s transition to a new contract writing system. The issues stem from a novation agreement between ValidaTek Inc and CVTEK JV for HC104719D2041 that was executed on June 4, 2025. The following is provided to industry for clarity on the administrative creation of HC104626D0002. No New Business Opportunity: These actions are purely administrative and are a result of a consummated novation agreement. This notice does not constitute a new procurement, a solicitation for proposals, or an on-ramping of any new vendors to the SETI vehicle. No Change in Scope or Value: The overall scope and value of the SETI contract remain unchanged. Exclusive Award Authority: The authority to be awarded new Task Orders under the SETI vehicle remains exclusively with CVTEK JV under contract HC104726D0002 pursuant to the June 4, 2025 novation agreement. Orders under HC104719D2041: No orders were placed against HC104719D2041 after June 4, 2025. No future orders will be placed under HC104719D2041. 2.
