- The contractor shall furnish all materials, supplies, tools, parts, equipment, transportation, labor, supervision, communication, and quality control to complete the work listed below, at the areas specified, at Carr Creek Lake, located in Knott County, Kentucky. Work shall be provided in accordance with all Terms, Conditions, General, Specific and Technical Provision, Exhibits, Attachments, Drawings, etc. contained herein or incorporated by Reference.Quotes are due on 14 April 2026 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time.NOTE: THIS RFQ IS 100% SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. The NAICS code for this procurement is 561730. The size standard is $9.5M.The solicitation will be available on the web only. Telephone and Fax requests for this solicitation will not be honored.
