Reminder to please ensure you are submitting proposals as instructed in the� RFQ Instructions to Offerors� document located on SAM.� The deadline for vendors to submit offers to the NAC remains 04/14/2026. Uploaded to SAM is an excel spreadsheet which contains all the answers to questions received.� Some answers caused an amendment to� technical specifications� (28). These items are highlighted in� Green� on the excel spreadsheet. The updated technical specifications and corresponding updated compliance matrix have been uploaded to SAM. � Please be sure to use the amended compliance matrix in your responses. Older versions of the compliance matrix will NOT be accepted. � There is a date in top right corner of the compliance matrix. Please ensure you are using the compliance matrix dated after 3/25/2026 for those items highlighted in green on the excel spreadsheet that contains the answers to the questions.� �
