- WA-FWS TURNBULL NWR- JANITORIAL SERVICES The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to create a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) set-aside. Market research has confirmed that two or more responsible WOSBs have expressed interest in this requirement, demonstrating adequate competition within this socioeconomic category. Additionally, the solicitation closing date is hereby extended to April 10 to allow sufficient time for offerors to prepare and submit proposals in response to this amendment.
