- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 4, is soliciting offers for brand-name only Schick 33 sensors and starter kits for use by the Lebanon VA Medical Center located in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. Solicitation Details: Product: Schick 33 Sensors Set-Aside Status: None. Unrestricted. Potential offerors are responsible for downloading and returning a copy of the solicitation package to the contracting POC. Offerors must ensure they are informed of all solicitation requirements and deadlines by regularly checking the Contract Opportunities (SAM.gov) website for updates and amendments. Please note that any amendments issued to this solicitation will ONLY be available on this website.
