Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SINGLE SOURCE � SR HAWK EQUIP UPGRADE FROM SPIRAL 6 TO SPIRAL 7 RTU IN SUPPORT OF CUSTOMS AND BORDER PROTECTION NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE. ALL QUESTIONS MUST BE IN WRITING AND EMAILED TO THE CONTRACTING SPECIALIST CONTACT INFORMATION BELOW. In accordance with the FAA Acquisition Management System paragraph 3.2.2.4, the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the basis of the FAA's decision to contract with a selected source using single source procedures. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) intends to award a one-time single source contract, for items listed below. Description of Goods or Service SRC3683E-U, SR Hawk Spiral 6 to 7 RTU Upgrade SRC6006, 8 Degree Elevation Antenna SRC8515A, Accessory Package Brackets SRC2366B, Transport Case Rational Basis for Use of Single Source Award Procedures: SRCTec LLC is the only responsible source for procurement of parts and end items being requested by the Federal Aviation Administration Logistics Center in support of Customs and Border Protection.
