- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Patuxent River, MD, intends to negotiate and award a sole-source, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type Task Order under an existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N0001926G1004 to FedTribe LLC (FedTribe), King William, VA, for the procurement of RQ-21A MTD Support and NSP-5 Training. The anticipated delivery period will 31 December 2026. As the sole designer, developer and manufacturer of RQ-21A MTD Support, Attalo is the only source with the requisite knowledge, experience, and technical expertise to provide the required supplies and services. As the sole designer, developer and manufacturer of NSP-5 Training, NSP-5 is the only source with the requisite knowledge, experience, and technical expertise to provide the required supplies and services. This acquisition is currently being procured under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 19.108 Contracting With the Small Business Administration (the 8(a) Program).
