- This draft solicitation is being posted in accordance with RFO 15.101(b). No proposals will be accepted at this time. The Government will allow industry to submit questions in writing via email to the Contracting Officer, Ashley Brink at ashley.brink@us.af.mil. When submitting questions, please cc the Contract Specialist, Kacie Cram at kacie.cram@us.af.mil. Please submit any questions NLT COB 30 April, 2026. All questions will be answered here on Sam.gov at a later date. Notes: The Governments intends to update Att8-SOW_Att7-BMU_Drawings at a later date to include additional DCU drawings The Government intends to host an industry day and will post more information as it becomes available, as an update to this Sam.gov posting. CONTROLLED DOCUMENT ACCESS: This solicitation contains the DFARS clause 252.204-7008, Compliance with Safeguarding Covered Defense Information Controls. In order to receive any technical data related to this acquisition, offerors must send an email request to the Contracting Officer, Ashley Brink at ashley.brink@us.af.mil. Please cc the Contract Specialist, Kacie Cram at kacie.cram@us.af.mil. Release of any data is subject to applicable data rights. The request shall include the applicable solicitation number, the specific data needed (including TO and/or drawing numbers), and a copy of the current, approved DD Form 2345. The form, including instructions for completing the form, is available at: https://www.esd.whs.mil/Directives/forms/ or https://www.esd.whs.mil/Portals/54/Documents/DD/forms/dd/dd2345.pdf. The Government is not responsible for incomplete, misdirected, or untimely requests.*** To access Controlled Documents: Submit approved DD Form 2345 via email as noted above. 2. Ensure your company is registered on the Joint Certification Program (JCP) website at https://www.dla.mil/Logistics-Operations/Services/JCP/. Once steps 1) and 2) above are completed, the DATA CUSTODIAN listed in DD Form 2345 Block 3 should request access to Controlled documents on www.SAM.gov. All other requesters will be rejected.
